Health Coaching

From the time Charis was young, she had a keen interest in natural health!

​

Though her mom kickstarted her journey by giving her "green water" (chlorophyll) and taking her to a naturopath at a young age, Charis developed a deep appreciation and love for holistic health as the years went on, eventually adopting a raw vegan lifestyle in her twenties.

​

Now no longer completely vegan, Charis appreciates the way a holistic approach to health can benefit people in big ways, leading to greater vitality, better quality of life, and an optimal sense of well-being.

​

After her husband struggled with debilitating anxiety stemming from a thyroid issue and she overcame her Covid long hauler symptoms including panic disorder, fatigue, brain fog, fatigue, neuropathy, an inability to exercise and more, Charis is determined to help people find healthy solutions from a holistic perspective.
